Through specialized assessments and review of legislative requirements, Isipho provides professional environmental advice to our clients in order to help them achieve their development goals while avoiding/minimizing environmental risks and maximizing socio-economic and ecological benefits.
Isipho is a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor with a 135% procurement recognition. The company is 100% owned by Sive Stuurman , a black female who is classified as youth in terms of the National Youth Commission Act of 1996.
Isipho is inspired by the natural resources which Africa is endowed with. The name is drawn from the Xhosa language meaning “a Gift”, in appreciation of our biodiversity, mineral resources and cultural diversity.
Isipho therefore endeavours to be a pioneer in promoting development that is sustainable through provision of sound environmental guidance. We believe that the environment and development can coexist in a manner that ensures that future generations benefit from the resources provided by nature.
